How-to transition from using paper forms to completing all supervision electronically on Certemy PowerPoint Q&A’s

  • Master’s degree from accredited graduate school of social work
  • 3,000 hours of postgraduate social work experience under supervision of a board-approved clinical supervisor
  • 96 face-to-face supervision hours
  • Will receive test approval to take the Clinical exam after Phase 1: Supervision and Phase 2: Application for Licensure are both verified
