Instructions:
You have been issued an invitation to take the Open Book Exam because of a Consent Agreement and Order. The Open Book Exam is to be taken by the individual acknowledged in the invitation. The questions and answers are not to be shared or discussed with others. It is recommended that you use a computer with a high speed internet connection, and that you choose a quiet testing environment. Once you begin the exam you have three (3) hours to complete the exam. If you do not complete the exam within three (3) hours, your exam will be considered a failed exam and you will need to retake the exam until it is completed and you have passed.

Passing the Test:
The Open Book Exam consists of 50 items developed from the Louisiana Social Work Practice Act and the Rules, Standards and Procedures. A score of 70% is passing. You may retake the test if you fail and there is no waiting period.
