Healthy Louisiana Informational Bulletin 22-22, “Act 503: Change to CPST and PSR Services” has been published which details upcoming changes to the Mental Health Rehabilitation (MHR) program relative community psychiatric support and treatment (CPST) or psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) services to Louisiana Medicaid enrollees effective January 1, 2023. Providers should reach out to the managed care entities (MCE) with whom they are contracted to submit the necessary credentialing updates to ensure there is no disruption to services. Questions regarding the information required by each individual MCE should also be directed to the appropriate MCE. Questions regarding this Informational Bulletin may be sent to BHProviders@la.gov.
