Approval Organizations for Social Work Continuing Education The Board has authorized the following organizations to approve professional educational offerings with a social work focus for the continuing education of social workers in Louisiana. The Board also recognizes the professional social work educational offerings sponsored by the following entities as acceptable continuing education for social workers. Click link to download the application to become a pre-approval organization for social work continuing education. Organizations that are considering applying to become a pre-approval organization for social work continuing education should review the “Guidelines and Criteria for Approving CE Programs.” Applications for pre-approval should be submitted to the entity of your choice. Click here to download the application. A fee for reviewing and approving the offering may be charged at the discretion of the approval organization. You should contact the organization directly to inquire about fees.
